Barrel size sets how much fits in one draw, and nothing else. Mass per unit mark is 50 mcg on every one of them, because a 1 mL, 0.5 mL and 0.3 mL insulin syringe are the same U-100 scale at different capacities. Only changing the scale above changes what a mark is worth.
