CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin (No Dac)
Combination research blend of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin. Studied as a GHRH/GHRP combination in growth-hormone-axis research.
This is a combination sold as one vial. It has not been studied as a single substance, so what is known is what is known about each part, linked above. Sources that report a dose for the blend report it for that mixture, not for any component on its own.
We have not published an audit on CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin (No Dac). Everything below is reference material, not our own reading of the literature, treat it as a starting point for questions, not as a grade.
How it is thought to work
CJC-1295 tells the pituitary gland to make growth hormone via one receptor pathway, while Ipamorelin tells it to release that growth hormone via a completely separate receptor pathway, and together the two signals multiply each other's effect rather than simply adding up.
Reported side effects
The most common side effects are facial flushing shortly after injection, mild water retention in the first couple of weeks, vivid dreams, a slight increase in hunger after dosing, and minor injection-site irritation.
Who should avoid it
Anyone with a history of cancer, pituitary disease, diabetic retinopathy, severe kidney disease, diabetes or insulin resistance, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding should not use this stack.
What sources report
These are figures published elsewhere, reproduced with their source. Peppersite does not recommend an amount for CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin (No Dac) or for anything else, and nothing below has been checked against the study it came from.

The reference sections above are imported from our compound knowledge base, which classes the evidence for CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin (No Dac) as emerging. That classification is the knowledge base’s, not ours, our own grade appears only where an audit is linked above. Research use only; nothing here is medical advice or a protocol.
